1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
   We are a professional manufacturer specializing in stainless steel ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, etc., with over 12 years of  experience. Equipped with advanced production equipment, integrated production lines and product lines, as well as comprehensive testing methods, we ensure the highest quality of our products.

2.How do we get free samples?
  We are glad to offer free samples , but a sample fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from the total amount upon placing a formal order, while freight charges are to be covered by the buyer.

3.What's the MOQ?
  Most products are in stock, so we accept orders as low as 1pcs as the minimum order quantity.

4.What's the delivery time?
  For items in stock, the lead time is typically 5-10 days. For out-of-stock items, the lead time is 15-20 days, subject to confirmation based on the exact quantity.

5.What's the payment terms?
  For orders below 1000 USD, full payment is required. For orders exceeding 1000 USD, a 30% deposit via T/T is required, with the balance paid before shipment.

6.How about the warranty?
  We provide a 12-month warranty, covering free replacement of parts for non-artificial damage. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery; after this period, a third-party inspection report will be required.
